No. Once your order is placed, an additional $50 delivery/pick up/cleaning fee will be added to your total bill.

Customers are responsible for setup and proper use. Instruction manuals can be provided, upon request. Please visit our local fire department if you would like hands-on help with installing car seats.

Yes. There is a 3 day minimum. If you only need it for 1-2 days, contact us and we can arrange that but you will still be charged for 3 days, as wear and tear on our gear doesn't make it worth it for less.

More than 7 days prior to delivery: full refund (minus processing fees, if charged)
3-7 days before delivery: 50% refund
less than 72 hours before delivery: No refund
We understand that flights/travel times can change, so as long as their is open communication, we are flexible with adjusting pick up and drop off times.

All of our gear is diligently cleaned between rentals using baby-safe organic and hypoallergenic products and carefully inspected before delivery.

At least 2 days before your needed delivery date.

Yes. We are a LLC and carry our own business insurance. Our coverage is not extended to renters. Clients assume responsibility for supervision and proper use while their children are using our equipment.

Clients will be responsible for replacing the gear, if it is in a condition more than just light wear and tear. Clients will be billed for the cost of a brand new replacement, per the average retail prices.
